How to start your complaint?

  • You need to provide your name and contact details. You are not required to provide us with your personal details and may remain anonymous. While the ACC accepts anonymous corruption reports, we will not be able to verify information you provide or obtain further information from you. We will also not be able to advise you of the outcome of the matter if you remain anonymous.
  • If you require protection because you are concerned about safety, then the ACC can make arrangements to provide protection

  • Your evidence such as documents, emails, social media and any relevant material
  • Any other information which may be relevant and which may not be in your possession or control (which we have the power to obtain)
